The law offices of Juroviesky LLP have filed a class action lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Iovate Health Sciences Inc. and MuscleTech Research and Development Inc., alleging widespread violations of the Consumer Protection Act, Competition Act, Food and Drugs Act, and certain common law causes of action.
